What I think of the legal system

What I think of the legal system? I think the legal system has very good laws and they sound like we will be protected in many ways, but when it comes down to it you have to put out a lot of money and the more you put out the better the attorney. You have to wait just so the judge can take your case and it still takes about a year, if you’re lucky or more to find out what’s going to happen. I understand that we have to have laws for everything but it seems that every law has an exception to everything so if you have a good attorney those exceptions will come in handy. I don’t know maybe I just have a bitter taste in my mouth but it just seems so hard to get some justice in any country. I just feel like no matter what our system will always win.
I hope that one of this days I will change my mind in the way I view the legal system, attorneys, and judges. I hope my bad experience will erase or maybe even have a different type of experience. I don’t know why but I’m scared of the way the system works. I feel like we will all was loose against them.

Myspace Hoax

It is very interesting to me how the law works, how can they not do anything to a mother that manipulates a thirteen year old child. I f that would have been a man we know that the results would have been different. He would have been accused for so many different things. I think that any time a grown up is involved with a child so young with their mind so fragile, has no right to have any type of metal or physical contact without the parent’s consent, that’s a law that they always push why didn’t they push it this time? Obviously there was a certain stage Megan’s friend’s mom wanted to put her at so she could hurt her emotionally, because if she only wanted to know if she was talking about her daughter she would have just asked and kept on going with the conversation or stopped talking to her on my space. Her intentions were bad and we have the result!
On the movie clip we watched one of the characters was blamed for a murder that he did not committed. It was sad, no one had any evidence that he committed the crime and they didn’t care as long as the reporters had something to write about. How can they live like that? Knowing that there hurting an innocent man, for some money. The worse thing is that there not only hurting him but also his family there ruining his life, he would never be the same. I don’t understand why the law doesn’t step in there I guess justice isn’t for all. There should be laws to protect the innocent, and not be able to write or accuse any one unless they have evidence to do so. I hope things will change in the future!

What I think of lawyers - week 1

I personally don’t like lawyers because I’ve had a very bad experience with them more than once. I think that they charge to much money and they don’t do what there suppose to or what you hire them for. Every time I talk to one I feel frustrated, stressed out, and hopeless. Sometimes I feel that they just say what you want to hear and change prices or add prices for every little thing they do. I have gone to an attorney couple of times and to this day I have not found one that I know has the best interest for me. I think to have a good attorney you have to know them very well or pay them a good amount of money for them to actually do something or have their paralegal do something for you.

I had a big problem years ago were I had to get an attorney for my case, every one told me that the attorney I selected was a very good attorney because he had won a lot of big cases. When I spoke to him he told me that my cases was probably the smallest his ever had. I thought that was to my advantage but I don’t thing that was the case because he didn’t really pay to much attention to me. Everything he said he was going to do was all a joke. Another thing that the charges that were brought against me were not true I was completely innocent and I had told him. He never scheduled me to talk about any of the details, all he cared about was to get me the best deal, it seem liked.
